How do I edit or take down a job ad I posted?
Sign in and open the Job Center. Every live ad can be edited, paused or marked filled from its own page, and the change shows on the site within a few minutes.
How long does a job ad run?
Every listing runs for 30 days from go-live across the ViewJobs network. Pack credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase, so you can hire in waves.
I applied for a role. Can you tell me how my application is going?
Applications go to the employer or their recruiter, and they decide who to contact. We cannot speak for them, but your Job Center shows every application you have sent and its status where the employer reports one.
A listing looks out of date or wrong. What now?
Some listings are supplied by partner sites and job boards rather than posted directly with us. Send us the link and we will chase the source or remove it.
