Casual Chef - Mosaic Hotel

An exciting opportunity for a Casual Chef to join our great team at Mosaic Hotel:

• Casual position 20-25 hours per week initially
• Diverse and energetic team across bistro dining, outdoor deck, sports, function rooms and our newly renovated beer garden
• Contribute to our rich local history by supporting the kitchen team create and execute menus for daily specials and themed events

About the role:

Seeking an experienced Chef for Mosaic Hotel. To support the growth and success of our kitchen operations you will have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an al a carte kitchen working environment
• All trade and commencement paperwork at the ready
• Confidence in all kitchen operations including stock management and ordering
• Strong people leadership culture
• Flexibility over a 7 day roster
• Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to start immediately
