Client Advisor - Miu Miu Chadstone

The Prada Group is a global fashion powerhouse, helmed by one of the most iconic designers of the modern age. We have 10 stores across Australia and New Zealand, eight Prada & two Miu Miu, which focus on creating an exceptional customer experience for all customers that walk through our doors. 

Miu Miu Chadstone is looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join their team! 

As Client Advisor: 

• You will be client-centric, building relationships with new clients whilst continuing to strengthen the existing database

• You will manage all client expectations and always uphold a genuine yet professional attitude that reflects the DNA of the PRADA group

• You will work with the team to drive store operational activities, including back of house, stock, VM or reporting

• You will take a proactive approach in upskilling yourself and your team on product and brand knowledge

• You have strong sales experience within high end or luxury retail, and understand how to drive retail KPIs 

• You have excellent communication skills and can confidently communicate with all clients

• You enjoy having a sales focused mindset and like to be creative in your approach to attract clients

• You have a can-do attitude with everything that you do, always thinking one step ahead

• You generate a supportive team culture, and like to collaborate with your peers

• You have a genuine interest in the brand, a keen eye for fashion, trends and competitor knowledge

• If you are a Mandarin speaker that would be highly advantageous!
