What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage daily schedules for a large team of field technicians

• Ensure jobs are allocated efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise downtime

• Act as the central point of coordination between field staff and office teams

• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time to handle delays or changes

• Manage and guide a team of coordinators to maintain strong service delivery

• Manage rebooking and job changes while maintaining a seamless customer experience

• Work closely with the team to ensure daily workflow runs on time and to standard

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or same-day delivery environments (2+ years preferred)

• Strong ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong planning skills

• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

• Adaptable and proactive — someone who takes ownership and gets things done

• Solid systems experience, including Excel and the ability to pick up new platforms quickly

• Experience handling customer issues and resolving conflicts calmly

• A team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate in a high-pressure environment
