About the role
We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join the Health and Building Services team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for assessing building applications under the direction of the Coordinator Building Services, while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will apply Building Control legislation accurately and contribute to the development of related policies and guidelines. You will also play an important part in promoting high standards of health, safety and amenity within the community and built environment, and actively supports the delivery and continuous improvement of the business unit plan.

The salary for this position will be from $97,690.06 to $122,258.53 per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
