Job Title: Full-Time Physiotherapist – Medical Centre & Private Clinic (Dee Why & Neutral Bay)

Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy to a diverse client base, including patients under Medicare Care Plans, WorkCover, post-op care, and private billing.

• Deliver personalised physiotherapy sessions in clients' homes under Home Care Packages and NDIS, focusing on improving functional abilities, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life.

• Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, allied health professionals, caregivers, and family members to ensure holistic, coordinated care.

• Engage in hands-on therapeutic intervention, movement and exercise prescription, and patient education.

• Provide guidance to clients and caregivers on pain management strategies and fall prevention.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

• Current AHPRA registration.

• Experienced clinicians and new graduates both welcome — a mentoring program is available to support your development.

• Sound knowledge of musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

• Connect Therapy (Thoracic Ring Approach) knowledge preferred but not essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

• Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centred approach to care.

• Proficiency with Best Practice Software and Nookal preferred.
