Leading Hand - Diesel Mechanic

We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand Diesel Mechanic who is ready to take the next step in their career. If you enjoy getting on the tools, leading by example, developing others and taking pride in maintaining a first-class fleet, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

You'll work alongside a skilled, supportive team in a modern workshop environment, helping to set standards, mentor apprentices and junior mechanics, and ensure our fleet remains safe, reliable and presentation-ready for our customers.

You're an experienced diesel mechanic who enjoys taking ownership, supporting others and maintaining high standards. You lead by example, communicate well with your team, and take genuine pride in delivering quality workmanship.

You will bring:

• Strong diesel mechanical experience

• Leadership potential or previous Leading Hand experience

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• A positive, team-first attitude

• A passion for mentoring apprentices and developing younger team members

• A commitment to safety, reliability and presentation standards
