About The Role

Are you a skilled and reliable Driver looking for a fulfilling role with a reputable company? Our Hardings / Hudson Caboolture business is seeking a dedicated Driver team member to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will enjoy a stable 38-hour week work schedule working, Monday to Friday. You will provide excellent customer service and be relied upon to work in an unsupervised environment. You will hold a current car license and a HR licence.

What You Will Be Doing

Safely operate company trucks to deliver products to building sites across the surrounding areas.Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliveries to support smooth daily operations.Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and store teams to coordinate deliveries and quickly resolve any issues.Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring correct quantities, product quality, and safe load restraint.Assist with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and manual handling where required.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with WHS standards.Complete delivery paperwork and basic system updates accurately and efficiently.

What You Will Bring

Current and valid Car Licence - essentialHR Licence – essentialForklift Licence, Heavy Combination, Crane Competency - high regarded Experience picking and packing orders in a warehouse, trade, or building supplies environment (highly regarded).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.Physically fit and capable of manual handling (some heavy lifting required).Ability to confidently deliver to active building sites and follow site safety requirements.A reliable, team‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
