You will have the opportunity to work with the Front Office Team which consists of approximately 60 colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity for you to grow your hotel skill set to build a career within The Langham, should you be determined and dedicated.

This is an entry-level position suitable for applicants wanting to commence their career within the Hospitality / Tourism industry within a five-star luxury hotel environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Ambassadors of the Langham Brand; taking initiative to offer exceptional customer service and a memorial experienceGreet all guests with a warm and welcoming smileAssist guests entering and departing the hotel with luggageDeliver luggage to, and collect luggage from guest roomsValet car parkingFamiliarise the guests with the hotel rooms, facilities, amenities and services

For this role, your attributes will be inclusive of the following:

Have a strong work ethicBe very efficient and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProven organisational & time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAcceptable to shift work – morning/afternoon/night shifts rotatingMust hold a current full manual Australian driver's license (probationary driver licenses will not be accepted) or International Driver's Licence (manual)
