Ready to step into leadership?We're also looking for an experienced Osteopath interested in taking on a Clinical Lead role alongside their clinical work.You'll mentor and support our growing Osteopathy team, with leadership training, coaching and ongoing support provided. This opportunity is open to both internal and external applicants—but leadership isn't a requirement for either Osteopath position.
QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency in Osteopathy and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, with the ability to perform safe and effective manual techniques.Strong foundation in Medicine and musculoskeletal health to support accurate assessment, clinical reasoning, and integrated care.Skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including exercise prescription and functional recovery planning.Recognised qualification in Osteopathy (e.g., bachelor’s or master’s degree) and eligibility for relevant professional registration in Australia.Experience working with clients experiencing chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural issues is highly beneficial.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, explain treatment plans clearly, and encourage adherence.Commitment to continuous learning, participation in mentoring, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Ability to manage a full-time caseload ethically, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support a high standard of client care.
