About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Workshop Technician / Vehicle Accessory Fitter to join our busy workshop, preparing our fleet and equipment for projects across Australia. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
This is a full-time residential position, working Monday to Friday, 10-hour days, offering great work-life balance with your weekends free.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role you'll:
Install vehicle accessories including bull bars, trays, side steps and other aftermarket equipment.
Prepare company vehicles and equipment for mobilisation to site.
Assist tradespeople with workshop maintenance and mechanical tasks.
Wash, detail and present vehicles to a high standard.
Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused workshop.
Contribute to a positive team culture while delivering quality workmanship.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing things properly and works well as part of a team.
Ideally you'll have:
Mechanical aptitude or previous workshop experience.
Experience using hand and power tools.
A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
A current Australian Driver's Licence.
Current Australian work rights.
Desirable (but not essential):
Forklift Licence.
Trade qualification or experience in a mechanical or automotive environment.
