Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

Curae Health Group is seeking an experienced, driven Customer Relationship Manager to build and grow our client base across Western Australia. In this territory-based role, you will manage and expand relationships with dental practices, achieving sales targets while maintaining high service and technical standards. You will be the face of Omni Dental Lab in WA — introducing our product portfolio to existing and prospective clients and identifying new opportunities to grow across the market. Provide support to dental professionals both technical and clinical.

This is an experienced-hire position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys constant learning, and is comfortable working independently across a role that stays largely consistent but evolves over time.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets and objectives within the allocated WA territory.
• Build, manage and sustain strong relationships with key accounts through regular engagement and service reviews.
• Negotiate and finalise agreements with new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Conduct regular service reviews with key accounts to assess performance, resolve issues and identify cross-promotion opportunities across Curae Health's wider portfolio.
• Develop and implement plans to approach prospective A, B and C class practices, promoting Curae's products and services.
• Identify and act on opportunities to promote and enhance Curae's offerings within the territory.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records in the company CRM (HubSpot).
• Report service or client issues promptly to relevant department heads to ensure swift resolution.
• Produce regular performance and progress reports against defined plans and targets.
• Stay informed of new technologies, products and industry developments through ongoing training and self-directed learning.

About you

• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing sales, account management or business development role, ideally within the dental, medical device, healthcare or MedTech sectors.
• A clinical or technical grounding in dentistry or a related healthcare field (e.g. dental assisting, dental practice or clinical support) that lends credibility with practitioners — highly regarded.
• A track record of progression from a hands-on clinical or technical role into direct sales and territory management.
• Prior success in direct sales and technical support, promoting products or solutions to dental or healthcare clients.
• A confident, direct and persuasive communication style with strong networking ability.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment managing several accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to getting things done.
• Confidence working with a CRM (HubSpot experience an advantage) and reporting against targets.
• Commitment to ongoing learning to stay across new products and industry developments.
• A current WA driver's licence and willingness to travel across the territory.
