Production Operator - Permanent Day Shift

About the role

Working as part of the Production team, you will manufacture batches of epoxy adhesive products while following established production procedures, safety requirements and quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, operating machinery, working as part of a team and taking pride in producing quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Operating mixing, blending and filling machinery

• Accurately weighing, measuring and loading raw materials

• Following batch sheets, production instructions and SOPs

• Monitoring production processes and completing quality checks

• Completing production records, labels and other required documentation

• Operating a forklift to safely move raw materials and finished products

• Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas

• Following all WHS, chemical handling and PPE requirements

About you

• A current HRW forklift licence is essential

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work or a similar hands-on environment preferred

• Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working around machinery

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions

• Ability to perform manual handling and physical production tasks

• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude

• A strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to quality

• A genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills
