The opportunity exists in our Kalgoorlie Business for highly motivated and self-disciplined individual, who, using general business acumen obtained within a variety of fields, can be an outstanding “Small Business General Manager.” Working within general guidelines you will be able to show entrepreneurial flair that will enable your store to achieve outstanding results.

The major area of responsibility in this role is bottom line performance. This will be obtained through strong leadership and communication skills, an ability to build a team of talented staff, a flair for sales and business development, being a strong negotiator, a genuine desire to run a successful and profitable business, exceptional customer service and understanding that success comes with hard work.   

Preferred candidates may be from a wide range of managerial or sales backgrounds including but not limited to the Trade Distribution, Plumbing, Building, Hardware, Electrical or Construction industries. 

An attractive remuneration package including base salary, company motor vehicle and an exceptional open ended rewards performance bonus based on your individual store performance (profit share) is structured to attract the right candidate.
