Located in the South East of Melbourne, our model removes many of the traditional barriers in pharmacy by focusing on digital health and direct to patient services in a regulated and secure environment.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a driven, patient focused Pharmacist to play a key role in our dispensary team.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you will work alongside experienced pharmacists and technicians, supporting them in dispensing medications, patient counselling, professional services, stock management, and ensuring regulatory and QCPP compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and check prescriptions accurately using FRED.

• Prepare prescriptions and orders through our purpose built digital pharmacy portal.

• Provide expert medication advice and counselling across in store and digital channels.

• Deliver and promote professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations, MedsChecks and health campaigns, in line with pharmacy, TGA and state requirements.

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists and retail staff to support positive patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate daily records and ensure compliance with relevant pharmacy requirements.

• Oversee stock control and dispensary workflows.

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and dispensary staff as required.

What We're Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration with full Australian general registration as a pharmacist.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience using FRED, or willingness to learn.

• Alternative therapy or high complexity pharmacy experience is highly regarded.

• Current immunisation certification, or willingness to obtain it, is desirable.

• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII).

• A proactive team player who can also work independently.

• Current First Aid certificate is desirable.
