Role criteria:

• Proven experience working in an ACAT/community services/ health environment
• Demonstrated sound knowledge of Commonwealth Government Aged Care Legislation, My Aged Care and Commonwealth funded aged care services
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the issues relating to frail older clients with complex health problems and other community support needs
• Ability to work within a team, as well as autonomously
• Demonstrated high level verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to determine priorities and levels of urgency of work in a demanding multidisciplinary environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
