We are a young, ambitious and vibrant cohort, where days often fly by and staff feel acomplished. The team helps and steps in to solve problems, as all of us a trained in a hybrid fashion to make sure all duties get completed on time. This means that every day is different, and you will personally develop accross a wide aray of areas.

Management has a more of a supportive focus, rather than a dictoral attitutude. We encourage ideas, of which will actually be considered and implemented, meaning you will see the direct benefits from your inputs.

Your day to day will look like the following:

• Conducting safety inspections on bikes (yes this includes riding them!)

• Staying ontop of our CRM

• Managing the flow of customers through the store

• Administration tasks, such as fianacial data inputs, invoice generation, inventory management etc

• Motorcycle collections and deliveries off site

• Studio work with a camera

• Detailing and light mechanical work (if you are inclined)

• Communicating with other staff about deal requirements and logistics

Your pay package will start between $65,000 and $75,00 full time (pending experience), with an additonal profit share bonus, to link your inventives to the hybrid nature of the role.

Long term, the company is looking at growing to be nation wide. We currently operate two branches, with the other in Melbourne, and are seeking expansion into both Sydney and Brisbane by 2030. This means that your position isn't limited or stagnant, but rather imminently mobile. Overall, we want all our staff have some agency, and this is supported through professional and personal growth, of which is correlated with the company's growth.
