Anglicare WA counselling and case management services supports separated parents and their children to navigate family change, strengthen relationships, and achieve positive outcomes through high-quality, person-centred support. Working within a collaborative and values-driven environment, our team delivers a range of services designed to support families during separation and beyond.
As the Coordinator, you will provide leadership, supervision and operational oversight to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Anglicare WA counselling and case management programs across the metropolitan region. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will support service excellence, staff development, compliance, and continuous improvement while maintaining a small Counselling caseload.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) based in East Perth. The role is worked across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a Tuesday evening shift from 12:30pm to 8:30pm.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year; and a WA Working with Children Check.
