About the role

We’re looking for a Loyalty & CRM Specialist to join our Customer & Strategy team. Reporting to the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through smart, data-driven campaign execution. This is a new team under fresh management with exciting growth plans!

You’ll manage CRM platforms, design and execute targeted campaigns, optimise loyalty programs across our consumer brands and perform analysis deep-dives to drive a data-driven culture. This role is all about creating personalised experiences that connect with our customers and deliver real commercial outcomes.

Day-to-Day

• Build and execute CRM campaigns that drive loyalty, satisfaction, and retention
• Use data and insights to personalise customer journeys and improve engagement
• Undertake analysis deep-dives into campaign and testing performance, customer behaviour metrics and key KPI’s to optimise relevance and create new opportunities
• Manage audience segmentation and campaign planning across multiple brands
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Service, IT) and external partners (Retailers) to align CRM initiatives
• Support strategic projects and contribute to broader marketing and commercial goals

What we’re looking for

You’re a CRM or loyalty pro who knows how to turn data into action. You’re curious, analytical, and love creating experiences that matter. You’ll need:

✔️ A degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience
✔️ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
✔️ Skills in HTML, CSS, and email marketing best practices
✔️ Strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset
✔️ Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business
