• $85,669 per year plus 12% superannuation
• Six (6) weeks annual leave & fifteen (15) days personal leave

We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer who is self-motivated, has willingness to learn and has great attention to detail.

About the role

This position will be required to provide a high standard of financial administrative support to the Financial Accountant to ensure key operational accounting functions are delivered on time.

Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Completion of daily Bank Reconciliation for City of Darwin bank Accounts.
• Manage the Corporate Credit Card system including processing applications for new cards and collation and processing of transactions.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, monthly and final year end.
• Assisting with grant reporting and acquittals.

Position pre-requisites:

• Diploma of Accounting or equivalent qualification and/or a minimum of four (4) year's experience in finance-related position.
• Hold and maintain a Class C drivers' licence.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Records Check.
