Product & Textile Designer ( baby, pet and home)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer who loves turning ideas into commercially successful products. You will be involved in the entire product development journey—from concept creation and textile design through to packaging, product development, and production implementation. You will work closely with management, suppliers, and sales teams to develop innovative products that reflect our brands' values of quality, functionality, and beautiful design.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new products across baby, pet, nursery, and lifestyle categories.

• Create original textile prints, patterns, embroidery, and product artwork.

• Develop seasonal collections and cohesive product ranges.

• Prepare technical design packs and specifications for manufacturers.

• Create packaging artwork and product presentation materials.

• Research market trends, colours, materials, and consumer insights.

• Liaise with offshore factories and suppliers throughout the development process.

• Manage product samples, revisions, and approvals.

• Ensure products align with commercial objectives, pricing targets, and brand positioning.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and promotional materials.

About you

• 5+ years experience in textile, product, or industrial design.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Experience creating repeat patterns, textile artwork, and print design.

• Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to prepare professional tech packs and production-ready artwork.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of consumer products.

• Experience in baby products, soft goods, homewares, pet products, or lifestyle categories is highly desirable.
