About the role
Join our growing team as a Casual F&B Or Gaming Attendant at The Stardust Hotel. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and ensuring the smooth running of our gaming operations.
What you'll be doing
Assist customers with game rules, new player registrations, and payments
Ensure gaming equipment is functioning properly and notify management of any issues
Monitor gaming floor activities to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
Responsible for accurate cash handling and daily cash reconciliations
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer queries or concerns
Adhere to all relevant gaming regulations, policies, and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous experience working in a customer service or gaming environment, preferably in a casino or gaming venue
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of customers
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with gaming regulations and a commitment to responsible gaming practices
Current RCG & RGO must be held at the time of employment
Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate must be held at the time of employment
