Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working in Customer Service roles

• Office administration experience desirable, but not essential

• Experience with Microsoft Office 

• Current drivers license required

• Police Clearance required 

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Reception duties from 9-5pm, Monday to Friday

• Office reception duties, including taking phone calls, incoming emails, handling enquiries, filing/sorting and general office duties

• Assist sales team with marketing campaigns, including flyer distribution, social media and client contact

• Receipting of rental payments and managing Tenant accounts

• Managing of Rent and Invoice Arrears 

• Organising home opens and attending as required

• Processing Tenancy Applications and providing reports for Owner review

• Assist Property Manager with required daily tasks 

• Cover Property Manager's leave when required
