Commitment to participant safety, dignity, and ethical practice in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct
Strong documentation and system skills, ensuring accurate and timely records
Knowledge of infection control, safe manual handling, and WHS responsibilities
A demonstrated commitment to reliability, punctuality and consistent attendance, recognising the importance of continuity of support for participants
Desirable
Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
Experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) or similar environments
Experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern
Experience with complex health needs, including enteral feeding, dysphagia support, complex bowel/wound care, epilepsy, catheter care, and diabetes monitoring
