Warehouse Picker/Packer

About the Role:

We are looking to fill some casual roles and we are looking for experienced and reliable Pickers and Packers to join our warehouse team based in Molendinar. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Hours and shift length will vary, operating between 5am and 5pm.
Casual hours of between 15 - 36 hours are on offer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking approximately 400+ items using order picking machinery or manually.

• Packing approximately 400+ parcels daily, ensuring accuracy and meeting set KPI's.

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations, including cleaning and maintenance.

*Please note this role involves heavy lifting up to 20kgs*

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift Licence, MR Truck Licence (preferred but not essential).

• Experience working within a warehouse and logistics environment.

• Reliability, punctuality and a "can-do" attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and unsupervised.

• Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail.
