Course Advisor – Remote

UNE Partnerships is seeking a dedicated and experienced Course Advisor to join our Sales, Marketing and Partnerships team.

The Opportunity

Our Course Advisors are responsible for developing relationships with prospective students and supporting them through their enrolment journey to achieve successful student enrolments targets.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable with managing their own time while working remotely and can commit to achieving weekly targets with full support from the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be looking for:

• Small dedicated team
• Supportive company culture
• Full-time Permanent employment (38 hours /week)
• Fully remote position based in Australia (ideally Brisbane or Sydney)
• Base + incentives structure + super
• Candidates with previous RTO or education experience, telephone sales

What You’ll Be Doing

• Have a passion for helping prospective students find the right course for their career goals and assist business customers find training solutions 
• Responding promptly to enquiries and developing relationships made through UNEP’s Marketing channels and Lead Generators
• Collaborating with the broader UNEP team to optimise sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Achieving monthly and quarterly student enrolment targets
• Utilising hubspot to maintain effective record keeping and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years of tangible success in a similar role, and a proven track record of:

• meeting and exceeding sales objectives, with a focus on sales-drive outcomes, and
• experience operating effectively in remote working arrangements.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

• Experience working for an education and training provider
• Demonstrated experience in an outbound sales role
• Proficiency using CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
