We are seeking passionate and dedicated dual Registered Nurse and Midwifes that are ready to step into a key leadership role. There are opportunities to clinically lead both our neonatal and birth suite ward. 

As a Clinical Nurse/Midwife, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care.
This leadership role will see the successful candidate be fully supported to enhance their skills and grow a career into a management position.

About You
You will bring exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

• Current dual registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife and Nurse 
• Minimum 4 years' experience in the speciality area that you're applying for i.e neonatal and/or birth suite
• SCN experience is highly recommended
• A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
• Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential

Remuneration: On offer for this role is a base hourly rate of $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*QLD RN/Midwife Level 2.1 - Level 2.4*)
