Quality & Compliance Assistant

Carers Collective is looking for a motivated Quality & Compliance Assistant to join our team and develop a strong foundation in NDIS quality, compliance, governance and continuous improvement. About the Role

As a Quality & Compliance Assistant, you will support the organisation to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and participant-centred practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting internal audits and quality reviews

• Assisting with NDIS compliance and Practice Standards

• Supporting incident reporting and follow-up processes

• Collecting, analysing and maintaining quality data

• Assisting with risk identification and risk management

• Supporting complaints and feedback processes

• Maintaining quality and compliance documentation

• Assisting with Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP)

• Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery

• Supporting governance and quality initiatives

• Working collaboratively with support staff, participants, families and stakeholders

About You

Previous experience in NDIS, disability, community services, healthcare, administration, quality or compliance will be highly regarded, but we are also interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Certificate or diploma in business administration, health services, or a related field

• Previous experience in an administrative or compliance-related role, ideally within the disability sector

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail

• Experience in data collection and reporting

• Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and support a diverse team
