What You'll Do

• Take ownership of a varied portfolio of general insurance claims—think Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, Management Liability, and D&O.

• Be the trusted advisor for brokers, insureds, and service providers, building relationships that matter.

• Lead the way in delivering fast, fair, and high-quality claims outcomes—your decisions will make a real difference.

• Mentor and empower junior claims professionals, helping them reach their potential.

• Champion best practice and continuous improvement, collaborating with underwriters and other teams to drive innovation.

• Dive into claims analysis and reporting, providing insights that shape strategy.

• Be a key contributor in team meetings and process improvement initiatives.

About you

You’re an experienced insurance professional who thrives on challenge and variety. You bring energy, curiosity, and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.

• 5+ years’ experience in insurance claims or law.

• Deep expertise in Financial Lines or Public Liability claims.

• Proven track record managing complex claims and delivering outstanding results.

• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

• Tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and claims systems.

• Commercially minded, risk-aware, and always looking for a better way.

• Passionate about mentoring and developing others.

Bonus Points For:

• Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business/Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience with corporate auditing and process improvement.
