Bartender

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Bartender to join our team, crafting memorable guest experiences through exceptional drinks and warm hospitality that reflect Melbourne’s vibrant bar culture.

As a Bartender, you’ll take ownership of your bar station, delivering consistently high-quality beverages and service. You’ll work closely with the bar and floor teams to uphold our standards, contribute to a collaborative and creative environment, and help shape a venue that’s as dynamic as the city itself.

TFE Hotels, in collaboration with The Mulberry Group, will operate five distinct venues under one roof—each designed to reflect Melbourne’s layered food and drink culture while adding something new to the mix. From morning coffee runs to late-night soundtracks, these venues will be seamlessly woven into the rhythm of the hotel and the city beyond.

What you’ll be doing (not limited to):

• Deliver exceptional service and drinks that showcase creativity, consistency, and quality.
• Prepare and maintain your bar station, ensuring smooth operations across shifts.
• Uphold high standards of beverage presentation, hygiene, and safety.
• Engage with guests to create memorable experiences through personalised service.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine cocktail menus and beverage offerings.
• Ensure compliance with RSA and venue policies, including stock control and cleanliness.

About You

You’re a skilled Bartender with a passion for mixology, Melbourne’s bar scene, and creating unforgettable guest moments. You bring:

• Proven experience in quality bars, restaurants, or hotels.
• A strong understanding of bar operations and drink preparation.
• A collaborative mindset and a guest-first approach.
