Swim School Customer Service Support

Our Vision at Stanford Swim Schools is to 'Bring health, joy and confidence to every child!'  Stanford Swim School is an internationally recognized swim school, currently operating across 23 locations throughout Brisbane, Sydney and Hong Kong. Our excellent swimming program is the key to our international success, and now we need you to join our motivated and growing team in Brisbane!

We are currently seeking a Customer Service support person in a unique role alongside our senior team at our MANLY WEST location.  Previous Swim School experience highly regarded but we will train the right person.  The role will be afternoon sessions and a Sunday morning shift totalling 12-15hrs per week.

This position is an integral part of our Swim Centre team and is heavily focused on ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.

You will be able to demonstrate strong Customer Service capabilities whilst being able to quickly learn and master our booking system and grasp an understanding of our Learn to Swim program. You must be able to professionally deal with a range of customer enquiries and work well under pressure. 

Additionally, our preferred candidate will possess excellent communication skills and superior administrative abilities with an energetic and pro-active approach to growing and improving our swim schools.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this position, you must be able to meet the following selection criteria:

Essential

Extensive experience in a Customer Service Position

Strong Communication Skills

Positive Notice Blue Card

Desirable

Experience with administration and customer service experience
