Chef

We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef to join our growing ready meal business and lead our kitchen operations. Located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality food production while helping shape the future growth of our business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of kitchen operations, maintaining high standards, and working in a well-organised, daytime-focused environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operation of the kitchen.

• Prepare and cook high-quality ready meals to recipe specifications.

• Oversee the fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Place supplier orders.

• Manage stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and minimise waste.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and operating efficiently.

• Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow.

• Assist with menu development and recipe improvements where required.

 About You

• Minimum 5 years previous experience as a Chef with responsibility for running a commercial kitchen.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Excellent knowledge of food safety, stock control, and kitchen operations.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.

• Reliable, proactive, and committed to producing consistently high-quality food.
