About the role 

Take pride in keeping rooms and shared spaces looking their best, from cleaning kitchens and bathrooms to making beds and preparing rooms for new arrivals. You’ll also help maintain outdoor areas, report any maintenance issues and follow health and safety procedures. It’s a practical, hands-on role where the work you do directly contributes to a safe and respectful experience for guests.

About you 

You have a high level of customer service, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Strong time management and organisational skills and be able to juggle tasks effectively is key.

In addition, you will also possess: 

• Experience in commercial, industrial or domestic cleaning is preferred
• Ability to work with and communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
• Strong communication skills
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
