Sunshine Coast | Full-Time | $75,000–$85,000 + Super

We are recruiting for a well-established and growing business on the Sunshine Coast looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, confident with customers and enjoys coordinating tradespeople and keeping a busy schedule running smoothly.

The Role

• Coordinate and schedule our clients daily jobs

• Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries

• Book jobs and keep customers updated

• Prepare and follow up quotes

• Order materials and liaise with suppliers

• Track jobs from booking through to completion

• Assist with invoicing and general accounts administration

• Manage changing schedules and priorities throughout the day

About You

• Previous service coordination, scheduling or trades administration experience

• Experience with Scheduling

• Experience with Scheduling software

• Xero experience highly regarded

• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
