The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in NSW.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, technical guidance, and sales support. You'll work closely with customers, external sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders

• Providing product recommendations and solutions

• Building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities

• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail

• Using Microsoft Office and ERP systems, including SAP (desirable)

What We're Looking For

You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• Experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)

• Previous experience in an industrial, electrical, manufacturing or B2B environment is advantageous but not essential
