About the role:

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Fixed Operations Manager and playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of the service department, including:

• Assisting in managing the Service Advisors (Internal and Retail) and Workshop team

• Creating a consistently great guest experience for our Customers and Stakeholders. 

• Assisting as required in Retail Service, assisting the Internal Advisors with processing vehicles, Invoicing, processing payments. 

• Assisting guests with service or warranty enquiries and resolving concerns

• Ensuring Workshop Controller is clearly briefed on any issues raised by guests

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Manager within a dealership or automotive service environment

• Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone

• A problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to help customers

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong Leadership Skills

• Can lead by example all the time

• A current manual driver’s licence
