We’re a small, family-owned residential repaint business on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll work directly with the owners every day, be part of a supportive team, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow.

We’re already booking into 2027, so we’re looking for someone who wants stable, long-term work and takes pride in producing quality finishes.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid residential repaint experience.

• Is confident using airless spray equipment.

• Works efficiently without compromising quality.

• Is professional, reliable and well presented.

• Is happy to learn and follow our systems.

• Has a White Card and driver’s licence.

• Can provide a police check if required.

What we offer:

• $40–$50 per hour + super (depending on experience).
