Intermediate Contract Administrator

Overview

This established medium tier building contractor has a history of success in the construction industry with an array of projects, including government, hospitality, health care and senior living projects. Typically, projects are in the $5M - $200M bracket.

They are looking for an intermediate level contract administrator who is capable of leading head contracts on projects to at least $10M. You need to have a sharp eye for detail, quick thinking negotiation skills and the ability to build long term relationships with clients and subcontractors.

You must have a Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and have a minimum of two years post graduation experience working with a recognized building contractor on new build construction projects. They are looking for candidates who have the potential to keep learning and growing with the company and are already demonstrating tangible leadership qualities.

This Builder is a multi-award-winning builder and an employer of choice. It is exceedingly rare that they actually recruit staff at an intermediate level because no one tends to leave, and they have a strong cadet program, but they are looking ahead to projected work and have realized that there is a real need to introduce someone new into the organization.
