About the Role We're seeking a Front assistant for first point of contact to our clientele and provide administrative support to our dentists. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure every patient receives outstanding care while contributing to our practice's continued success and growth in our modern Townsville facility.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with front-office duties, including, welcoming patients answering phones and managing enquiries

• Coordinate appointments and assist with schedule management, process payments and assist with patient administration.

• Support the clinical and front-office teams teams to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

• Welcome patients warmly, manage documentation, and coordinate appointments

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• At least one year of relevant work experience

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for outstanding patient service

• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Willingness to learn dental software and embrace new technology

• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit
