About the Role: 

This is a full-time Growth Marketing Manager role leading digital marketing for Sansoni Management, with a focus on customer acquisition, conversion, reactivation, and retention, this role is critical in driving sustainable growth and increasing customer lifetime value. 

What You’ll Do (The Execution) 

• Manage and execute digital marketing for Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and SEO. 
• Oversee campaign execution to deliver measurable results and revenue growth. 
• Translate business objectives and commercial targets into clear digital plans across the full funnel. 
• Collaborate with the team to deliver targeted, performance-driven campaigns that support loyalty and engagement goals. 
• Use customer data, segmentation, and personalised messaging for stronger campaign performance. 
• Drive continuous improvement through testing, insights, and analytics to inform decision-making and scale performance marketing efforts. 

Who You Are

• Extensive digital marketing experience, with deep expertise in full-funnel strategy and multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance. 
• Experience working in a marketing agency running multiple ad accounts 
• Experience planning, launching and optimising Meta/Google advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of what drives leads, customers and revenue. 
• You can look beyond the advertising platform and identify whether performance is being impacted by the creative, audience, offer, landing page, follow-up or wider customer journey. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, extract actionable insights, and inform channel optimisation and decision-making. 
• Apply a data-driven mindset, leveraging A/B testing and optimisation techniques to improve campaign performance and foster customer loyalty. 
• A passion for customer engagement and digital innovation. 
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams. 

This isn’t a boring Growth Marketing Manager role where you’ll spend a year managing one brand and chasing awareness metrics. You’ll work across multiple businesses, brands, offers and funnels, solving different marketing challenges, testing new ideas and finding new growth opportunities.
