AllAces Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our NSW team. We deliver high-quality restoration and remediation services, including water, fire, mould, odour, and biohazard projects. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and eager to develop into a future Lead Technician.

About the Role

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll be responsible for supporting and completing restoration jobs to a high standard. You will work closely with senior and lead technicians, learning advanced restoration processes and gaining the experience needed to step into a Lead Technician role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on restoration work across water, fire, mould, odour, and biohazard jobs

• Assist with site assessments, inspections, and moisture readings

• Follow all WHS and environmental compliance requirements

• Complete job documentation and communicate progress to supervisors

• Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in good working condition

• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values

• Participate in the on-call roster for after-hours emergency work

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Physically fit and confident with hands-on work

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Current Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)

• Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to obtain Police Clearance and Blue Card

• Up-to-date Hepatitis A, B, and Tetanus vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

• Experience in restoration or related fields (water, fire, mould, odour, biohazard)

• IICRC certifications (training provided if not already certified)
