The Opportunity

We are seeking Year 3 and Year 4 Electrical Apprentices who are passionate about building a long term career in the renewable energy and electrical industry. This is a full time role offering hands on experience across solar, battery, and general electrical work under the guidance of qualified electricians and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will:

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of solar PV systems and battery storage
• Support qualified electricians with general electrical tasks on residential and commercial projects
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with basic testing, troubleshooting, and system checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values

About You:  Our Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Interested in renewable energy technologies and electrical work
• Able to work safely and effectively within a team
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Committed to completing their apprenticeship and developing their skills

Preferred:

• Previous experience or exposure to solar and battery installations
• Experience assisting with solar panels, inverters, battery systems, or general electrical work
