Fire Testing Technician

Crystal Fire Services are a fast-growing fire protection company with a broad range of clients across commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors.

We are seeking a Fire Testing Technician to join our team and be an integral part of our growth strategy.  We are looking for a candidate who is ambitious and keen to expand their knowledge and join a company that supports and encourages growth and development.

 The role covers the full spectrum of the industry from monthly testing of fire panels, fire pump sets, sprinkler system, six-monthly testing, annual testing, and minor portable repairs of fire protection systems as per AS1851 & other Australian Standards.

 The ideal candidate will have the ability to conduct themselves professionally with clients, always providing exceptional customer service with an attitude of professionalism.  You will understand the importance of time management and take pride in your work with a high level of attention to detail.

 You must have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

• System testing, repair, etc as per Australian Standards including AS1851.

• Knowledge of the BCA and relevant Australia Standards including AS1851

• Current driver’s license

• A willingness to learn and develop your skills. 

• Construction induction card (white Card)

• Experience within the fire industry

• Police Check

• Ability to work unrestricted in Australia
