About the Opportunity

What happens between the moment an order is placed and when it reaches the customer? As our Senior Analyst – Customer Value Chain, you’ll connect the dots across the entire journey, using data and insights to make our supply chain smarter, simpler and more efficient.

You’ll work across customer, transport, warehouse and supply chain data to understand what is happening, why it is happening and how we can improve it.

In this Role, You Will:

• Analyse customer and supply chain data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
• Map the end-to-end order journey, including delivery schedules, notifications and customer experience.
• Turn complex and sometimes incomplete data into clear, practical insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Retail, Supply Chain, Operations, IT and Store Support teams to improve processes and commercialise new ways of working.
• Use data, modelling and supply chain technology to optimise decisions and improve end-to-end performance.

You’ll bring:

You’ll be a curious, customer-focused analyst who enjoys solving problems where the data isn’t always perfect and the answer isn’t always obvious.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in supply chain analytics, with exposure to transport, warehousing or logistics.
• Strong analytical, modelling and root cause problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets and data platforms.
• Understanding of TMS, WMS, supply chain modelling tools or platforms such as Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to turn data into simple, business-focused recommendations.
