Omnia Community Health was established through the merger in January 2026 of Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health and Nexus Primary Health. Bringing together the deep community connections, shared values and specialist expertise of both organisations, Omnia builds on more than 50 years of experience delivering health and wellbeing services within the not-for-profit sector.
We offer a broad range of services across the lifespan including general practice, allied health, disability support, mental health, early childhood, family services, aged care and community wellbeing. These services are delivered from our sites in Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan, with additional outreach across surrounding communities.
We are committed to enhancing access to safe, high-quality, and sustainable health and community services across the Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie local government areas.
About the Role
Omnia Community Health is seeking an organised and customer-focused Allied Health Service Officer to support the delivery of high-quality allied health services across our growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly unified community health service committed to improving health and wellbeing across the Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie regions.
Working closely with the allied health leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations by coordinating appointments, managing waitlists, supporting billing and audit activities, maintaining data accuracy, and providing administrative support across allied health programs.
This role will initially be based at our Sunbury office with flexible working location after initial training.
About You
You will bring:
Experience in administration, service coordination and/or client-facing roles.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication skills when working with clients, families and staff.
Desirable:
Experience with community health, disability or allied health services.
Familiarity with the NDIS.
Experience using client management systems such as TrakCare and Microsoft Office applications.
