About the role
Speech Pathologist (New Graduate Program) | Down South Therapy I Extensive Support
A place where you can do meaningful work and feel supported doing it
At Down South Therapy, we’ve built something that we’re genuinely proud of. Not just the work we do, but how we do it, and how we show up for each other along the way.
Our multidisciplinary team includes speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists working together with a shared focus on meaningful, functional outcomes for the people we support. Collaboration here is part of everyday practice. It looks like real conversations, shared problem-solving, and learning alongside each other in a way that feels respectful and connected.
We place a strong emphasis on psychological safety and neuroaffirming practice, both in how we support our clients and how we support each other as a team. You’ll be joining a workplace where your ideas are welcomed, your growth is supported, and you are encouraged to work in a way that aligns with your values as a clinician.
We also recognise that sustainable, high-quality work comes from clinicians who feel supported and well. Wellbeing, connection, and manageable workloads are prioritised so you can do your best work without burning out.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
We believe that a thriving team creates the best outcomes for the clients we serve. That’s why we foster a positive, collaborative, and psychologically safe work environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.
✨ We celebrate each other’s wins—big or small—because your success is our success.
🤝 We’re invested in your growth, offering mentorship, professional development, and a team that truly has your back.
💡 Ideas are welcome, questions are encouraged, and learning is a team effort.
💙 Wellbeing matters—we prioritise a balanced, supportive workplace where you can do your best work while feeling valued and respected.
You will also enjoy a range of industry-leading employment benefits, including;
✔Competitive salary & benefits:
