About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our Toowong team on a Part-Time basis. As the face of our clinic, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and referrers in a fast-paced environment, seeing between 120 and 150 patients per day so you’ll never be bored!

What You Can Expect

Comprehensive training: Enjoy comprehensive specialised training from your very first day to set you up for success.A supportive, tight-knit team: Join a large, friendly team of Medical Receptionists, working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Your role:

Be the welcoming face of the clinic, handling patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing and invoicing.Operate our booking system efficiently.Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting.

About You:

Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and patient care.Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience as a receptionist is, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.Comfortable working with different databases and systems.
