Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service? We're looking for part-time Call Center Administration Staff to join our team at Creepy Crawly . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our call center operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks related to call center operations.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and data.

• Handle data entry and document management efficiently.

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients who contact our call center.

• Collaborate with the call center team to ensure seamless operations.

• Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center or administrative role is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in using basic computer software and data entry.

• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Your role would be contacting existing Annual customers only

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position, and the working hours are flexible, allowing for up to 25 hours per week. You must have your own transport to and from our office.
