As Tasmania's only private maternity hospital, we provide exceptional maternity and newborn care in a welcoming and collaborative environment where midwives play a central role in supporting women and families through their pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey.

Our specialist maternity facility features:

• 21 maternity beds
• 5 birth suites
• Level 2 Special Care Nursery with 9 cots
• Lactation Consultant services
• Parent Education Programs

Permanent Registered Midwives are eligible for a quarterly bonus program, with incentives aligned to FTE and employment status.

You will be joining a highly skilled and collaborative team that values clinical excellence, continuous improvement and compassionate family-centred care.

You will have:

• Current registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based, woman-centred care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning

Previous experience in birth suite, postnatal care, antenatal care, or special care nursery will be highly regarded, however applications from graduate and early-career midwives are also encouraged.
