The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking both Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators to join our Queensland team. You’ll work across a wide range of exciting and challenging projects including commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and new-builds.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects—ensuring they are safe, high-quality, and commercially sound. Your responsibilities will include:

• Procurement strategy development and execution
• Administration of subcontracts and supplier agreements
• Managing cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Supporting site teams to deliver project milestones

About You

You’re a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative and values-driven environment. You’ll bring:

• Experience in commercial construction contract administration
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Experience with construction software (e.g. Procore, 1Breadcrumb, Asta Powerproject) — or the willingness to learn 
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think creatively
